“From the very first conversation with Coffee Latino I knew I was in safe hands. I was introduced to Barbara Croce and she helped me very quickly sort out my van and conversion requirements. Her knowledge of espresso coffee making and the best equipment within a van was excellent. We together worked out the right coffee machine, grinder and refrigeration for my food offering with the production schedule and delivery data. All I needed to do was order the van. On the inspection day, Barbara collected us from the train station and took us to her workshop and through the van conversion and explained the operational procedures. The next day was spent with Barbara on Barista training learning how to make fantastic espresso coffee with all the tricks of the trade. We had so much fun training with Barbara, who constantly made us laugh and kept us to the busy training programme before departing with our fantastic espresso van.
