Meet The Team

Barbara Crocé – Sales Director

Barbara is the driving force behind the Coffee Latino Family and on any given day could be up to her elbows in coffee beans, speaking with a customer who would like to place an order, booking promotional coffee events or sitting pondering over an single origin Kenyan espresso about a new innovation yet to be brought to life.

Best Thing about working at Coffee Latino
Seriously I don’t feel like I’m at work, I truly love each and every day at the factory, I think if you look through our testimonials you can see that, Customers ring for advice 7 days a week from 7am – 11pm and we’re here at the end of the telephone. We don’t have to do that, we want to.

Whilst our team of men are excellent fabricators and great with their hands (I’m banned from using the tools) woman seem to notice the little things, the attention to detail; is the layout practical to work with?  If there is a better way to do something, I’ve already thought of it, as after nearly 10 years working on these vans there’s not much I don’t know about creating the perfect Mobile Café Vehicles.

What’s it like being married to a passionate coffee loving Italian…

Good question, being married to an Italian you have to be able to do 3 things well:
1. Be able to make great pasta sauce  (without cheating No Dol Mio at Casa Croce )
2. Be able to extract a perfect espresso
3. You will have to marry an Italian to find out!
